MAKE-UP SCHOOL DAYS ANNOUNCED
Hanover County, Henrico County and the City of Richmond have announced that they will open schools on Monday, February 15th as a make-up day for the recent snowstorms.
Monday was originally a student holiday for Presidents Day in these localities.
