Playing arguably their best game ever in NCAA Tournament play, the Rams dispose of the Georgetown Hoyas of the Big East, 74-56 in Chicago. Next up for the Rams are the Purdue Boilermakers, a team Richmond defeated earlier this year ironically, on Sunday afternoon.

Way to go VCU! Congratulations on the impressive win! I guess the Rams really do belong in the tournament after all! That means three 11-seeds defeated 6-seeds this year, and that is the third time that has happened in the Round of 64.
