The Times-Dispatch reports today the VDOT 2012-2017 Transportation Plan is now proposed, and, among the projects listed are the following affecting Metro Richmond. Note these have not been approved as of yet.
-- $35.8 million to widen Interstate 64 from four lanes to six at Short Pump between state Route 288 and state Route 623
-- $15.4 million for bridge replacements on U.S. 360 at Mechanicsville
-- $18.2 million to widen state Route 711, Huguenot Trail, in Powhatan County between Route 288 and the Chesterfield County line
-- $14 million to widen 1.6 miles of Jahnke Road in Richmond.
