The next-to-last Space Shuttle flight is scheduled to blast off this afternoon at 3:47pm ET. President Obama is expected to attend, as is Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, whose husband is the Shuttle Flight Commander. Giffords continues to recover from a gunshot wound suffered in early January in Tucson, Arizona.
