TRAFFIC ALERT: Laburnum Ave. ramp to I-195/I-64 west closed because of wreck: "The ramp from Laburnum Avenue to Interstate 195/Interstate 64 west is closed because of a tractor-trailer accident on the ramp, the Virginia Department of Transportation reports. Cleanup is expected to continue through as late as 4 p.m."
